We use Electroencephalograpy (EEG) for studying neural activity associated with speech production.

We use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) as a tool to improve communication outcomes for individuals with acquired communication disorders.

We use transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to promote neuroplasticity in people with aphasia.
Outreach
We are incorporating educational opportunities like study abroad and service-learning components to serve the southern Illinois community.
